Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you're satisfied with your experience at BetterBites. Here's our policy:

Cancellation:

Once your order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be canceled for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refund Requests

Refunds will only be considered in specific cases, and we'll issue store credit. Please reach out to us if:

  1.     - You don't receive your order within 15 days, and we fail to ship it out.

  2.     - Your shipping location isn't serviced by our partner courier companies.

Damaged Products:

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive damaged products, we'll gladly exchange them following our exchange policy. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged items.

Non-Refundable Cases:  

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds in the following situations:

  1.     - Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.

  2.     - Recipient not available at the mentioned address/premises.

  3.     - Refusal to accept products.

  4.     - Delivery made to a person/place other than the customer specifically mentioned by the customer.

  5.     - Force majeure event.

  6.     - Tampering with the product by the customer.
